himself for a meeting at New York York University Hospital
on the morning of September 11, Dr. Barry Goldstein became
aware of a large explosion across the river from his Williamsburg
apartment building. An avid photographer, Dr. Goldstein watched

He documented the terrible destruction of the World Trade
Center towers from his vantage point in Williamsburg and continued
into Manhattan, where he photographed street scenes north
of where the buildings tumbled down.
